* Requested Both prior to arrival and upon arrival a quiet room. Was placed above the hotel's noisy HVAC system. * Despite mandatory "Resort Fee", hotel gym closes at 6PM. Had to arrange via complaint to manager to use gym up the street. Equipment at both facilities dated. * No coffee machine or hot water heater in the rooms. Morning coffee vendor in lobby consistently had more than 25 people in line to purchase and then wait for coffee. Never seen such a scene at any hotel. * Asked hotel how/where I could heat up a bowl of soup from a food delivery the prior day. Was told the only option was to rent a microwave oven from the hotel (quoted more than $40/day). * No water bottles provided upon registration nor in the rooms.

We had a great stay! The room was very nice & clean. The location was perfect if you want to stay off the strip but still be close to everything. The pool was beautiful & the the restaurants were fantastic. We will definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this suite is NOT recommended. You can hear motorcycles and racing cars at all hours of the night. Valet is $60 per night mandatory payment required upon check in for the entire length of your stay tips not included. This is not stated in the description prior to booking. BEWARE.
